She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Baker and Aline Baker; her sister Joyce Baker; and her great grandchild Ava Scheckel. She is survived by: her husband Richard Gullett; her children, Susan Lingo (David), Cindy Skinner (Rick) and Jon Gullett (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Christopher Scheckel (Amberly), Brandon Scheckel (Rebecca), Stephen Scheckel (Stephanie), Derek Davis (Sara), Samantha Smith (Tim), Stacey Michalski (Matt), Allen Peterson, Kyle Skinner and Elizabeth Gullett. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Carolyn's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
