He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Rodda and Bertha Rodda; his wife Carole Cromer; and his grandchildren, Morgann Castaneda and Zachary Muller.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Rodda (Noel) of Lansing, Gidget Boose (Jerry) of Rensselaer and Chad Rodda (Cindy) of Portage, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Ashley Rodda-Henry, Gideon Nagle (Laura), Branden Rodda (Cortney), Ren Nagle, Cory Castaneda, Stephanie McCarver, Cameron Rodda (Tiffany), Tristen Mueller (Leah), Colin Rodda (Arianna), Jacob Rodda and Matthew Rodda. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to K9s for Warriors or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, causes that were close to Clarence's heart.
