He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Rose and Clara R. Rose (Benedict); his brothers, James William, Julian Moses, John Thomas and Alex Joseph; and his son-in-law Bartholomeu Nwachukwu.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Jones; his daughters, Connie Jones, Patricia Ruth (Robert), Kimberly Vanlandingham (Daniel), Tonya Nwachukwu and Pamela Miller; his grandchildren, Johnny, Rob, Ryan, Rachel, Rebecca, Andrew, Lindsey, Jordan, Hannah, Miranda and Dillon; and his sister Rose Marie Meszaros. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Service of DeMotte (200 3rd St SW, De Motte, IN 46310). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
