He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. DeHaan and Cornelia DeHaan (Miedema); his spouse Jona L. Mucha; and his sister Ruth Peterson. He is survived by: his children, Troy DeHaan, Tracey Rentschler (Bob) and Tricia Nowak (Tim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
