She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vlymen and Betty Van Vlymen; and her husband Dennis Getz. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Getz (Jenn) and Kevin Getz; her grandchildren, Norah, Evelyn, Zachary, Kelsey (Chad) and Jocelyn (Quentin); her great grandchildren, Cohen, Mabel, Max, Eliana, Rosalie and Ayla; her siblings, Barbara Van Vlymen and Drew Van Vlymen (Margaret); her sister-in-law Corrie Van Vlymen; her pets, KiKi, Max and Millie; and her brother Doug. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Church of Crown Point, to continue its ministry.
