He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Adamczyk and Julia Adamczyk (Bradtke); and his brother Robert Adamczyk. He is survived by: his wife Janice Szpak; his sons, Todd Adamczyk (Amber), Kevin Adamczyk and Troy Adamczyk (Heidi); his grandchildren, Patrick, Matthew, Jillian and Madison; and his sister Bonita Adamczyk.
