Crane of Demotte, Indiana, born in Bedford, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crane and Melinda Crane; his siblings, Ben, Kenny, Doyle, Evelyn and Rosemary; his grandsons, Todd, Ryan and Steve; and his daughter-in-law Susan Hanaway.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Hanaway; his sons, Gene Hanaway, Terry Hanaway, Mike Crane (Teresa), Phil Crane (Nancy) and James Crane (Debbie); and his sister Samantha. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can go to First Baptist Church of DeMotte.
