With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew Clark (Demotte, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2025 at the age of 50. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Matthew Clark to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his nephew Nolan VanderWoude; his grandparents, Dr. James and Shirley Clark; and also Vern. He is survived by: his parents, James Clark and Linda Clark (Haas); his siblings, Adam Clark (Karen), Joni VanderWoude and Brad Clark (Maggie); and his siblings' children, Austin (Rylee), Kyle, Brandon, Zachary, Ashley, Jacqueline, Mya, Grace, Ryleigh, Hannah, Lydia and Eve. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM, at 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Community Church (10498 N 450 E, De Motte, IN 46310). Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
