He was predeceased by: his son Douglas Bilinski; his siblings, Kathleen Hall (Alonso), Russell Potts (MaryJo) and Arthur Potts; his sister-in-law Jean Potts; and his parents, Maxwell Potts and Betty Mabius Sexton.
He is survived by: his wife Madelynn McKee Potts; his children, Richard Potts, Terry Potts, Renee Kouder (Rick), Nancy Bolen (Keith), Carl Bilinski (Samantha), Christina Carrington and Elisabeth Hershman (Aaron); his grandchildren, Andrew, Wesley, Devin of Brittany, TJ, Randi, Alexander, Harley Quinn, Alivia, Emmett, Douglas, Kalina, Tatum and Kendall; his siblings, Jeffrey Potts (Maryann), Michael Potts (Beverly), Edwin Potts (Sue) and Starla Potts; and his friends, Floyd, Jerry and Don.
