He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lowell and Evelyn Lowell (Stom). He is survived by: his wife Mary Arlene Lowell; his sons, Kenneth C. Lowell of Homewood, IL, Ronald J. Lowell (Kimberly Baker) of DeMotte, Randall J. Lowell (Dawn) of Michigan City, IN and Dennis Lee Lowell (Lisa R.) of Maryville, TN; and his sister Terry Mazzocca (Sal) of Idaho. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
