He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kamminga and Rose Kamminga (Boersma); and his son Jeff Kamminga. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Kamminga of DeMotte, IN; his daughter Julie Walker (Joe) of California; his stepchildren, Larry Gulotta (Lorri) of Hebron, Tom Gulotta (Desa) of Hebron and Tammy Mora (Ralph) of Porter, IN; and his siblings, Harv Kamminga (Norma), Paul Kamminga (Karen), Al Kamminga and Marilyn Rucker. He is also survived by grandchildren: 6 grandchildren.
