Sharon Mary Schutz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Mary Schutz of Demotte, Indiana, born in Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on August 17, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Leon Schutz; her siblings, John, Patrick McGinnis and Kathleen Ostrow; her parents, Ambrose "Mac" McGinnis and Violet "Vi" McGinnis; and her grandson Emilio Ferrer.
She is survived by: her children, Lee-Ann Meredith (late Mark), Linda Schutz-Ferrer, Peggy Schutz, Nora Hall (Jeff), Ellen Quasebarth and Adam Schutz; her brother Daniel McGinnis (late Marion); and her spouse Y. O. Dance (Leon). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren, her many nieces, nephews, friends, special friends and caregivers.
