Terry Popplewell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry Popplewell of Demotte, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terry Popplewell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Virginia; his siblings, Goldie, Susan, Tommy and Cindy Vadas; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Popplewell, Pat Eaken, Clinton Worley and Butch Drinski.
He is survived by: his children, Robert of Demotte, Thomas of Lake Village and Jennifer Shone (Marty) of Rensselaer; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kaitlin Popplewell, Abigail Popplewell, Ashley, Dominic, Austin Popplewell, Bridget Armond and Emily Shone; his siblings, Rex, Sharon Drinski of Kentland, Fred (Mary) of Schneider, Kent "Horn" of Lake Village, April Fowler (Dale) of Lowell, Lou Ellen Worley, Janie Eaken of St. John, Wendy Denton (Jeff) of Lake Village, Brenda Cooper (David) of Lake Village and Mark (Marissa) of Raub; his brother-in-law Fred Vadas of Cedar Lake; and the mother of his children Marj Popplewell of Lake Village. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services (604 E Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
