Charlene (Sparks) Wright Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2025, at the age of 78, Charlene (Sparks) Wright of Denver, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Omer Clyde and Dorothy Samantha Sparks (Spradlin); her husband James E. Wright; her children, Mike Wright (Wendy) and Deanna Miller; her grandchildren, Britney Miller (Denver), Reba Miller (Denver), Ariana Wright, John E. Miller (Denver), Michael Wright, Emma Wright, Christopher Wright, Kiyah Wright and Dakota Wright; her great grandchildren, Liam Ricket and Emiliano Sanchez; her sister Darlene Hoyle; her pet Dallas; her siblings, Donald Eugene Sparks and Alice Faye Stewart; and also, Baileigh Ricket and Christopher Mitchell. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the McClain Funeral Home (3500 IN-16, Denver, IN 46926). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Denver Baptist Church (111 N Yorick, Denver, IN 46926).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Scratching Post or the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center.
