He was predeceased by: his parents, August Bary and Lene Bary (Lincoln); his wife Helen Winn Bary; his sons, Paul Eugene Bary and Delbert J. Bary; and his brothers, Robert K. Bary, Ralph E. "Bud" Bary, Carl "Eldon" Bary and Larry "Wayne" Bary.
He is survived by: his children, David Bary of Depauw, Indiana, Don Bary (Terri) of Depauw, Indiana, Paula Chenault (Ronnie) of Danville and Donna Bary of Depauw, Indiana; and his sisters, Wanda McMonigle of Lanesville, Naomi Jacobi of Corydon, Indiana and Mary Senn of Corydon, Indiana. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Brown Funeral Home (306 Spring St, Milltown, IN 47145). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (7600 IN-337, Depauw, IN 47115).
