It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Kay (Weber) Swartz of Depauw, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Weber and Bertha Dietrich (Murphy); her grandson James; and her siblings, Betty Bryant, Marilyn Ashley and Kenny Weber.
She is survived by: her husband James Swartz, Sr.; her children, Sherry Swartz, Shelly Hardin (Michael), James Swartz, Jr. and Timothy Swartz (Suzetta); her grandchildren, Lee O'Riley, Brittany O'Riley, Amy Weathers, Nicole Swartz, Emily Ralph (Damian), Andrew Swartz and Anthony Swartz; and her sisters, Doris Rottet (Pat) and Jeanine Rakes (Tom). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
