She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Simon and Margie Simon (Atkins); her husband Bernard W. Combs; and her brothers, Maurice Simon, Edward Simon and Frank Simon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carmen A. Lopez of Marengo and Michelle B. Wetzel (Chris) of Depauw, Indiana; her sisters, Judy Warner of Virginia and Jo Ann Simon of Celestine, Indiana; her grandchildren, Desma Autry, Austin Bary and Dustin Bary; and her great grandchildren, Kalea Cooper and Addison Bary Wright.
