He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Barger and Eller Wombles Barger (Charles); his siblings, Virgil, Clide, Andrew, Denver Barger and Pauline Barger Meeks; his child Michail Ray Barger; and his grandchild Nikahlas Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kent-Lentz Barger; his siblings, George Barger (Debbie) and Lucille Barger Cleveland; and his children, Charles W. "Shannon" Barger, Michelle Coffelt (Trent), Missy Capps (Bryan), Denver Barger (Sarah), Paul Lentz (Linda) and Amy DeHart (Dewayne). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great- grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
