He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Maxine May Vance (Haskett); and his grandson Tanner Michael Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Janet Vance (Tilford) of Deputy, Indiana; his children, Robert Anthony "Rob" Vance (Jennifer Renee) of Deputy and Heather Combs (Robbie) of Deputy, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Marshall Vance, Tyler Stewart, Trevor Combs (Hannah), Alex Combs (Katlyn) and Makala Martin (Ethan). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and four siblings.
