Steven B. Halfacre Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2025, at the age of 60, Steven B. Halfacre of Deputy, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Steven may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Steven touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Halfacre and Edra Halfacre (Bowling); and his brothers, Daniel and Bobby Halfacre. He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Halfacre (Rhea) of North Vernon, Janice Day (Steve) of Deputy and Theresa Hotek (Matt) of Columbus; and his sisters-in-law, Shawn Halfacre of North Vernon and Wanda Halfacre of Deputy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials in honor of Steven may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society.
