She was predeceased by: her parents, Irven Collins and Artie Feltner Collins; her husband Kenneth Cecil Sipe; her son Ricky David Sipe; her siblings, Alfred Collins, Brack Collins, H. C. Collins, Damon Collins, Kencil Collins, Elson Collins, Bonnie Collins Campbell and Virgie Collins Campbell; and her grandmother Collins Smith (Hazel Collins Phillips King).
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Dale "Kenny" Sipe (Pam) of Deputy, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jesse David Sipe of Deputy, Indiana and Jordan Devin Coomer (Andrew) of Sellersburg, Indiana; her great grandchild Aubrey Rose Coomer; her stepgrandchildren, Brandon Riley (Amanda) and Lacey Goley (Troy Norris); her siblings, Gola Collins Stacy of Oxford, Ohio and Hansford "Hank" Collins of Hanover, Indiana; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Hammersley (Ray) of Deputy and Donna Lamb Collins of Deputy, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Collins Family Cemetery or Alpha Baptist Church.
