Charles R. Finnegan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Finnegan of Dillsboro, Indiana, who passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Charles' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Charles has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Finnegan and Mary Finnegan (Manaugh); and his siblings, Bud Finnegan and Anne Jenner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Finnegan (Ashland) of Dillsboro; his sons, Andy Finnegan (Trish) and Casey Finnegan (Kari) of Dillsboro; his brother James "Jim" Finnegan (Brenda) of Madison; and his grandsons, Charles and James Finnegan.
Memorials may be given in honor of Bob to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
