She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Phelps and Marie Phelps (Schmidt); her brother Donald; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy and Debbie.

She is survived by : her husband Vernon; her children, Michael Roberts (Sherry) and Melissa Roberts Bolin; her brother Raymond Phelps; and her grandchildren, Amanda Stammer (Donald), Heather Paul, Zachary Bolin, Tiffany Starcher (Devon), Michael Roberts (Savanna) and Rodney Bolin Jr.. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
