We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2024, at the age of 92, Evelyn D Bascom of Dillsboro, Indiana, born in Milan, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin H. Westmeyer and Matilda Westmeyer (Rump); her husband Robert Bascom; and her brother Paul Westmeyer. She is survived by : her children, Carol Lee Fraley (Eddie) of Milan, IN, Anita Longcamp (David) of Aurora, IN, Eric Bascom (Shari) of Shilo, OH and Dana Bascom (Rebecca) of Dillsboro, IN; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Shaffer, Christine Fraley, Cynthia Rogier, Garrett Bascom and Alex Longcamp.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church (7291 IN-62, Dillsboro, IN 47018). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Contributions may be made to the St John Lutheran Church Farmer's Retreat.
