She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Cutter and Dorothy Cutter (Andrews); her daughter Karen Sutton; her son-in-law David Sutton; her brother William "Bill" Cutter; and her siblings-in-law, Paul, Art, Richard Luke, Verna Kersey and Elsie Luke.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Luke of Dillsboro; her children, Chris Todd Luke (Anne) of Fishers and Jennifer Hildebrand (Scott) of Lawrenceburg; her sisters-in-law, Bobbie Luke of Dillsboro, Peggy Cutter of Florida and Annis Luke of Dillsboro; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Julia, Marcus Luke, Allison, Jonathan and Matthew Hildebrand.
Memorials may be given in honor of Judy to St. John Lutheran Cemetery Fund.
