Cizek (Bobbi) of Lawrenceburg, IN; his siblings, Tresa Huggins of Hartford City, IN, Reed Cizek (Renee) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Mart Cizek (Beth) of Knoxville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Eve, Haleigh, Kearstin, Kayden, Ava, Ophelia, Cami, Paris, Maci, Miley and Corbin. He is also survived by four great-grandsons.
