Lucille Mary Combs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Mary Combs of Dillsboro, Indiana, who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Henry Knigga and Martha Amelia Thomas Knigga; her husband Lehmen; her sister Helen; her brother-in-law Marvin Cutter; her sister Thelma; and her siblings-in-law, Clifton Deamron, Leila, Berton Edwards, Beulah, Farmer Morgan, Ronald Combs, Annette and Arnold Cutter.
She is survived by: her children, David Lee Combs (Erma) of Dillsboro and Donna Marie Combs Hutchinson (Dennis) of Rockport, IN; her grandchildren, Christopher Combs (Tammy) of Dillsboro, Misty Cranfill (Jason) of Versailles, IN, Viola Davis (Charles) of Elizabethtown, IN, Katherine Feigerle (Jordan) of San Mateo, CA and Laura Bryant (Jacob) of Owensboro, KY; her great grandchildren, Sarah Combs, Shylee Combs, Braven Combs, Jeremiah Stout, Brittany Stout, Michael Wheeler (Lexie Dixon), Susan Davis, Shelby Davis, Rhett Bryant and Naomi Bryant; her great great grandchildren, River Ann Wheeler, Ryan Lee Wheeler and Remy Lee Wheeler; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Combs of Vandalia, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
They were active members of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Dillsboro, the Dillsboro Civic Club, and RSVP in Lawrenceburg, IN.
