She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Shultz (Jason) of Moores Hill, Kimberly Pelfrey of Dillsboro and Julie Downey (Michael) of Maineville; and her grandchildren, Connor Sexton, Hannah Downey, Hudson Downey, Jack Downey and Zillah Pelfrey.

Memorials may be given in honor of Patricia to Dillsboro American Legion Post #292.
