He is survived by: his wife Patsy Smith (Sackett) of Dillsboro, IN; his children, David Smith (Patti) of Dillsboro, IN, Jim Smith of Lawrenceburg, IN, Donald Smith (Tammy) of Dickson, TN and Jane Baker-Litton of Florence, KY; and his son-in-law Pete Perpingon of Rising Sun, IN. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
