He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Cutter and Ruby Cutter (Ricketts); and his siblings, Ricky Dale Cutter, Melody Barber and Mary Kephart.

He is survived by: his wife Melody Cutter (Raisor) of Dillsboro; his children, Mason Cutter (Sydney) of Farmers Retreat and Katlynn (Michael Marley) of Versailles; and his grandchildren, Cooper Marley, Myla Cutter, Sophie Marley and Sawyer Marley.
