She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Deacon and Ruby Jeanette Harry (Binford); her foster parents, Lester Mercer and Rose Mercer; and her siblings, Bill Binford, Mike, Wayne, Bud, Bob Harry, Jeanette Bonwell, Bonnie See, Carolyn Hunter and Mary Butler.

She is survived by : her husband Earl Howell; her children, Linda Moles (Bruce), Dorothy Lipps, Lester Howell (Kathy), Madonna Haley (Ronnie) and Sherri Parkhurst; and her brother John Harry. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
