He is survived by: his wife Barbara Flack Spike; his children, Jennifer Kohn, Jessica Gravelle (Darren) and Ben Spike (Ananda); his grandchildren, Miles, Mason Gravelle, Sawyer Kohn and Henry; and his siblings, Diann Jenkins, Richard Spike (Madelon) and William Spike (Deb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
