She is survived by: her husband Billie Settles; her children, Billy Settles of Dugger, IN and Debra Kincaid (William) of Dugger, IN; her sisters, Janice Beck (David) of Indianapolis, IN and Chris Mahoney of Lansing, IL.; her grandchildren, Billy Kincaid, Joe Kincaid, Jalen Settles and Austin Giles; and her great grandchildren, Naomi Settles, Layla and Eliana Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newkirk's Funeral Home (8195 E Main St, Dugger, IN 47848). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
