It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael W Starkey of Dugger, Indiana, born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolpha Starkey and Rosa Lee Starkey (Johnston); his siblings, Gary Starkey, Larry Starkey and Leoma Southwood; and his nephew Clint Southwood.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Starkey (Pigg); his daughters, Michele Sandusky (Mark) of Dugger and Mica Felker (Richard) of Linton; his brothers, Stanley Starkey (Sheila) of Sullivan and J. T. Starkey (Jan) of Sullivan; and his granddaughter Abbie Rae Sandusky.
