He was predeceased by: his parents, Clovis Booker and Sparkle Booker (Woodward); his siblings, Merriel Chambers (Booker), Kenny Booker, Murle Booker and Brent Booker; and his grandparents, Ode and Josie Booker.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Booker (Hutchison); and his children, Kerri Maze (Jessie) of Linton and Lane Booker of Bloomington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
