He was predeceased by : his son Timothy C.. He is survived by : his parents, Timothy D. "Tim" Willard and Brenda G. Willard (Dickerson) of Linton, IN; his brothers, Brandon Gossman (Chris) of Terre Haute, IN and Aaron Racey (Kari) of Terre Haute, IN; his nieces and nephews, Chandler Willard (Sierra), Nathan Lindley, Secoya "Rae Rae" Gossman, Isaiah Racey, Gabby Racey, Jensen Gossman and Chandler Willard Jr.; his cousin Jo A. Gilbreath of Sullivan, IN; and his close friends, Shane and Jolene Bell of Dugger, IN..

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cox Funeral Home (218 S Meridian St, Jasonville, IN 47438). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Timothy Cole Willard to Riley Children's Hospital and Payton Manning Foundation.
