She is survived by: her mother Micki Church (Hopkins); her children, Jeromy Hunt (Tayler) of Linton and Jessica Wood (Benjamin) of Terre Haute; her granddaughter Haven; and her siblings, Tim Church (Margaret), Troy Church (Leslie), Tammy Young (Don) and Tanya Johnson (Scott).
