She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Rash and Florence Rash (Koos); her grandmother Marie; her husband Kenneth L. Whetsel, Sr.; her daughter Denise A. Whetsel; her siblings, John Rash, Phillip Rash, Leah Teeple and Helen Boise; and her granddaughter-in-law Jamie Conway.
She is survived by: her children, Darnella Conway (Mike) of Pendleton and Ken Whetsel, Jr. (Kris) of Muncie; her sister Laura Stephen; her sister-in-law Mildred Rash; her grandchildren, Leann Glazier (Mark), Lance Conway, Kendra Whetsel, Clinton Whetsel (Mindy) and Amelia Whetsel; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Glazier, Raya Conway, Wagner Conway, Briella Conway, Ellie Whetsel and Eryn Whetsel.
