She was predeceased by: her daughter Christina Johnson; her parents, James Johnson and Virginia Johnson (Hardaman); and her brothers, Rick Johnson, George Johnson and Jerry W. Johnson.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Alexandria Johnson (Derick Franks), Geneva, Lacie Starr (Matthew Kiser) and Jenna Carroll. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation in memory of Ruby.
