He is survived by: his wife Caroline Waltermire; his daughters, Donna Gaines (John) of Dupont, Diana Lanham (Brian) of Commiskey and Peggy Roe (Craig) of North Vernon; his siblings, Daniel Smith of Butlerville, Joy Bartlett of Butlerville and Maureen Pope (David) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Kendra Auelman, Joshua Gaines, Justin Gaines, Jared Lanham, Jeremy Lanham and Desirae Self.
Memorials may be made in honor of Donnie through the funeral home to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
