She was predeceased by : her husband Jacob Ketelaar; and her parents, Richard Dekker and Lucille Dekker. She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Kozak (Joe), Karyn Ketelaar and Steven Ketelaar (Kameswari Pattisapu); her grandchildren, Christin Radtke (James Varholdt), Matthew Werkema (Gabrielle), Adam Werkema (Caitlin) and Eric Alvarado; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Lucas, Camryn Radtke, Ethan, Henry, Leo and Allie Joy Werkema; and her siblings, John "Butch" Dekker (Henrietta), Corneil Dekker (late Renetta) and Linda Schultz.
