He was predeceased by: his parents, George Keltner and Betty Keltner; and his siblings, Richard Michael Keltner and Sharon Hotz. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, David Jr. (Christine) and Jennifer Estrada (Everardo); his grandchildren, Natalie, Brooke, Tristan and Kensley; and his sister Jeannie Muse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
