He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Toms and Patricia Toms; his sister Anne Marie; his brother-in-law Mike Olhava; his brother Roy Toms; his siblings-in-law, Ed Hanson and Betty Jobbe; his uncle George Johnson; his nephew Stephen Wegner; and his parents-in-law, Don and Peg Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his siblings, Richard Toms (Nancy), Nancy Hanson, Paul Toms (Monica), Patty Zawitaj and Terry Toms; his siblings-in-law, Brian Jobbe, Don, Jay (Debbie), Bob Larson (Julie) and Sandie Toms; and his close friend Bill Dodaro. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (500 Northgate Dr, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
