Diane M. Sullivan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2025, Diane M. Sullivan of Dyer, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Sullivan; and her parents, Daniel Clifford and Bernice Clifford. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Hooper (Ray), Jenny Suchecki (Brian), John Sullivan (Beth) and Andrew; and her grandchildren, Lauren Farmer, Averi, Hadley Sullivan, Kyle and Alex Suchecki. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (440 Joliet St, Dyer, IN 46311).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105 or Humane Indiana Shelter (421 45th St. Munster, In 46321), appreciated.
