Bernacki of Dyer; and her siblings, Tabitha Hendrix of San Antonio, Mary Goldston of Jeffersonville, Karen Raney of Jeffersonville, Danny Hendrix of Selmer, TN, Douglas Hendrix of Central City, KY, Jerry Hendrix of Central City, KY, Nate Hendrix of Dyer, IN and Wendell Hendrix of Belvedere, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
