He was predeceased by: his sons, David Lyzenga (Connie) and Mike Lyzenga (Karen); his siblings, Frank Lyzenga (late Ida), Ann Marion (late Don), Eunice Balk (late Art), Betty Henry (late Harold Henry) and Rich Lyzenga (Bonnie); and his parents, Lambert Lyzenga and Martha Lyzenga.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Lyzenga; his son Paul Lyzenga; his stepchildren, Connie Kallemeyn (Dave), John Eenigenburg (Denise), Bill Eenigenburg (Cindy) and Gary Eenigenburg (Tracy); his grandchild Tarrah Bowen; his great grandchild Heath; and his sibling Marv Lyzenga (late Nancy).
