He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Hlebek; and his parents, John and Victoria. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Dawn Zebrauskas) and Jennifer Ramirez; his grandchildren, Jordan Dykes (Tyler), Ricky Ramirez and Delaney Hlebek; his great grandchild Kian Dykes; and his brother John Hlebek (Pat). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Vietnam Veterans of America or any other Veteran organization.
