She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her daughter Debbie Albert (Doug); and her siblings, Anna Nawrocki, Shirley Uram, Eileen Gintzler and Joseph Simard.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Pavlacka (Michele) and Judy Forrai (Tom); her grandchildren, Sarah Albert, Amanda Hansen (Patrick), Steven Pavlacka and Richard Pavlacka (Maggie); her great grandchildren, Cole, Aiden, Austin and Andon; and her siblings, Euclide Simard and Theresa Guntorius (late Robert). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Calumet Area in her memory would be appreciated.
