He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joanne Norman, Marion Boer (late Herman), Doris Melling (late Robert) and Rudolph Norman (Dorie); and his parents, Rudolph Norman and Josephine Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" L. Norman; his children, Jan Gonzalez (Milo), Joy Davies, Julie Sylvester (Brian) and John "JD" Norman (Bethany); his grandchildren, Hannah, Alaina Gonzalez, Faith Davies, Kayla Resa (Ambrose), Joshua Sylvester, Nathaniel and Naomi Norman; and his children, Glenn Norman (Cheryl) and Gerald Norman (Mindy).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
