He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Glenn Rush (Tonya), Shannon Rush, Chris Rush (Chrissy), Brian Rush (Jillian) and James Rush; his brother John Rush (Diane); and his grandchildren, Madison, Joe, Lailah, Jaxon and Colton.
